The new homeowners' admin package is designed to save you time and hassle. It includes the following services:

• Assistance in getting a French bank account open – we will accompany you to the bank and assist with all relevant paperwork
  
• Setting up an electricity account in your name, arrange direct debit payments and for bills to be sent to your desired address (this can be abroad)
  
• Setting up a water account in your name, arrange direct debit payments and for bills to be sent to your desired address (this can be abroad)
  
• Setting up a gas account in your name, direct debit payments and for bills to be sent to your desired address (this can be abroad)
  
• Arranging phone connection, including internet provision, as required
• Arranging mobile phones
  
• Organising home and contents insurance – by law, buildings insurance needs to be in place on the day of signing the acte de vente
  
• Assistance in setting up Sky TV, as required
  
• Sorting out payment of taxe foncière and taxe d’habitation in your first year (this can be paid as a one off payment or by direct debit monthly payments)
